- Note the VisualBasic PowerPack is not part of Visual Studio 2013 install, it comes as separate MSI. The download link for Visual Basic Powerpack for Visual Studio 2013 is hard to find online as well.
I went back to the Visual Studio 2017 Pro Installer, but could not find an individual component in the list to add the Microsoft Power Pack. (It was my understanding Microsoft was supposed to include this feature 'as their own'. Adding Imports.Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks to the form did not help. The PowerPack was loaded before I installed.
