Not sure how to put music from my iTunes library on my laptop onto my iPhone. Can anyone explain the finer points?

13. connect the iphone to your computer, then open itunes. itunes should recognize your iphone, then it might sync automatically or you can click on the name of your iphone and click sync down near the bottom of the window where it tells you how much storage you have on your phone. itunes will also sync your apps and back up your iphone.
