The troubleshoot options doesn't work, because as I said before, the webcam doesn't appear in 'Imaging devices or Sound, video and game controllers.' So I can not roll back.
As for a generic webcam, that doesn't work either. I scanned and found nothing to install.
Secondly, the Hasee website doesn't show my Notebook (Hasee K660E-i7 D5). Nor does it show where to download webcam drivers.
So I still need help...
