The Lenovo Solution Center is giving me an alert about a driver for the Base System Device. The problem is I don't know how to solve this.I have reisntalled the Lenovo System Update, the driver for the Card Reader and the drivers for the driver for the Smart Card Reader but nothing happened.
Windows* Device Manager may show Base System Device with an exclamation mark on a yellow question mark:
How to fix it.
Install the latest chipset driver for your system.
What if I still have the error after installing the latest chipset driver?
If you still have the error after rebooting, download the latest Onboard Network Driver for Microsoft Windows*, unzip the file, and run:
appsPROSETDX<OS version>DxSetup.EXE
You may also install the driver without installing any PROSET software by running:
Missing Base System Device Driver Windows 7
appssetupSETUPBD<OS version>SetupBD.EXE
