We don't use the Capsule client here with Windows 10. We use Checkpoint Mobile instead but it may be related. We had no issues running this client on Windows 10 up until last summer and then we started getting calls from all of our users saying they could not connect. Checkpoint could not answer why other than to tell us to update to the latest client.

We actually could remove and reinstall the same client and that would resolve the problem for a while. The latest client provided the same temporary fix. We are now running yet another 'latest' client and so far not complaints in the last few months.

The odd thing is I have one user that has an old client that did not support Windows 10 and he has never had an issue and we have not bothered to upgrade him as a result.

Since Capsule is a Metro app and should be getting updated via the Store the only thing I could suggest is to uninstall the client, reboot and reinstall and see if it fixes the issue.
